THE MIRRORS

This photography series explores the inner world of a person through the lens of visual fragmentation created by mirrored reflections. These works echo the art of Pavel Filonov, the Russian avant-garde artist, who deconstructed images into the smallest details, evoking a sense of infinity and multiple perspectives.

Each reflection symbolizes a fragment of consciousness—a separate layer of emotions, thoughts, or memories. Together, they form a complex but not always harmonious portrait of the self. Much like in Filonov’s works, where reality breaks into countless elements, these reflections point to the complexity of perceiving oneself and the surrounding world. The series contemplates how one loses connection with themselves amidst the chaos of their own "self" and how new understanding of wholeness can emerge from this fragmentation.
